1.1. These terms and conditions, together with the registration / booking form and the price list form the agreement between you and Financial Arena. By booking a ticket to any of Financial Arena’s training offerings, you accept these terms and conditions.
Live and Online Financial Seminars
2.1. Participants must be 18 or over.
2.2. In order to get the most from our Trainings, you should arrive promptly and attend each session. If you are unable to attend, please email info@financialarena.co.uk
2.3. Where your conduct is unacceptable (in Financial Arena’s reasonable opinion), we reserve the right to request that you leave our Training event. No refund of fees will be made.
2.4. It may be necessary for Financial Arena to re-arrange the timing and content of sessions. Financial Arena will be entitled to change the venue and make minor changes to the timing and content of any training. We reserve the right to change the content of the programme without notice including the substitution, alteration or cancellation of speakers and/or topics.
2.5 We reserve the right to amend any part of the published programme, agenda or speakers due to factors outside of our control.
2.6 All payments must be received in-full prior to the training camp.
2.7 Hotel accommodation is not included in course fee.
Refunds and cancellation
3.1.You may cancel a seminar registration if your notification is received by Financial Arena a minimum of 15 days prior to the start of the training but aa 15% administrative fee will be charged . All cancellations must be sent in writing to customercare@financialarena.co.uk. If full payment has already been received, a full refund less the 15% administrative fee will be given. For cancellations received less than 15 days before the event, delegates will not be eligible for a refund and/or will be responsible for the full amount of his/her event registration. We will provide full course documentation to a delegate who has paid, but is unable to attend in case he cancels in less than 15 days before the event. Non-attendance will be charged at full rate. Provided Financial Arena has received your notice of cancellation within this timeframe (and acknowledged your notice), Financial Arena will refund any fees received from you less the administrative fee and/or deposit where applicable. Please ensure Financial Arena has acknowledged your notice of cancellation. We will not be able to refund you where we did not receive your notice 15 days before the start of the seminar you have registered (regardless of when you sent it).
3.2. We will not be able to refund you where you do not attend and do not cancel in line with the above.
3.3. Should you be unable to attend a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra cost provided 10 days’ notice is given prior to the conference. We are able to change the name on the ticket if you are unable to attend and choose to have another party attend in your place.
3.4. In the unlikely event that Financial Arena were to cancel a Training at any time prior to its commencement, Financial Arena will repay any deposit and fees received from you in respect of the relevant seminar. Financial Arena bears no liability whatsoever for the travel costs incurred from attending any of its Trainings.
3.5. There is no entitlement to a refund where Financial Arena is forced to cancel part or all of a seminar due to reasons beyond our reasonable control. However, refunds may be paid at Financial Arena’s discretion.
Feedback and Complaints
4.1. Our seminars are designed to provide an enjoyable and high-quality experience for those attending. At the end of the seminar we will provide an evaluation form, which will offer you the opportunity to provide feedback.
4.2. Please make any complaints in writing and send to 207 Regent street, 3rd floor, W1B 3HH, London, United Kingdom within 5 days of the seminar. We take any complaint seriously and will aim to investigate and respond as quickly as possible and in any event within 28 days.
Liability
5.1 Please ensure you take care of your personal possessions as Financial Arena does not accept any liability for loss or damage incurred.
5.2 Financial Arena will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you resulting from any events which are beyond the reasonable control of Financial Arena.
5.3 Subject to the above Financial Arena’s liability to you is limited to the fees you have actually paid for the seminar of your choice.
Data
6.1. To the extent that you provide us with, or we collect, information that constitutes ‘Personal Information’ under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), we will comply with the terms of Financial Arena’s privacy policy and the requirements of the Privacy Act. We will use the information you have provided to us for the purposes of contacting you with information relating to our Trainings and to conduct analysis for the purposes of providing future conferences.
General
7.1. The Contract contains all the terms agreed between you and Financial Arena.
7.2. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Each of the Parties submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts as regards any claim or matter arising under this Agreement.
